1. About these terms
This website is run by Vantory Technologies ("Vantory", "we", "us"), which is being registered as a company in Singapore. These terms cover your use of the website only. Any products or services we supply are covered by a separate written agreement.
2. Information on this site
The information on this site is general and is meant to explain what we do. It is not professional advice for your business. Examples, videos and images show the kinds of robots and results that are possible. Actual results, robot models and prices depend on your site and are confirmed in a written proposal.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always complete or free of errors.
3. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, such as Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using, or not being able to use, this website or the information on it. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our liability is limited to what the law permits.
5. Content and trademarks
The text, design, logo and other content on this site belong to Vantory or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, change or sell our content without written permission.
Other company names, product names and trademarks mentioned or shown on this site belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse us. Technology partner: ADTTech, part of the AUO Group.
6. Using the site properly
Please do not misuse the site. This includes trying to break into it, upload harmful code, collect other people's information, or send false details through our forms.
7. Safety and compliance
Robots, drones and AI systems are only supplied and installed under a written agreement. Before supply, we check each product against the rules that apply where it will be used. In Australia this includes:
- electrical safety and radio rules, including the Electrical Equipment Safety System and the RCM mark where required;
- work health and safety laws, with a risk assessment for each site;
- drone rules set by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), with drones flown by licensed operators; and
- chemical rules set by the APVMA and each state or territory for any crop spraying.
In other countries, we follow the equivalent local rules.

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information, including our promise to keep your data in Australia or your own country.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a dispute arises, the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, unless the consumer laws of your own country give you the right to bring a claim there.
